Lemon & Sage provides medical aesthetic and wellness services. All treatments are subject to consultation and provider discretion. 2. Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments are booked by appointment only. We ask that you provide reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Specific cancellation, deposit, and late-arrival policies will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
3. Payment
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We offer flexible payment options through third-party financing partners; any financing is subject to the terms of that provider.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our services or provide consent for treatment. By using this website you represent that you meet this requirement.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Lemon & Sage or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute it without our written permission.
6. Mobile Terms of Service
- Messages related to your account, orders, services, appointment reminders, marketing and promotional messages may be received. Frequency may vary.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP." After you send "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe via SMS. After this, you will no longer receive messages from us. If you would like to opt back in, you may sign up again as you did previously.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
